Terms

RESERVATIONS

By making a reservation you are entering into a contract for which you are liable to make full payment regardless of whether or not you make use of the accommodation.  We require 100% of the first night of any booking as deposit.

If you wish to pay the deposit by cheque, we will hold the booking for up to 3 days to allow for your cheque to arrive.  Please make cheques payable to Mr P Povey.

Please note that we only accept children over the age of 5 years old.

Friday/Saturday before a bank holiday there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

PAYMENT

The balance of your booking can be paid by credit card, cheque (with a cheque guarantee card) or by cash either on arrival or any time up to your day of departure.

ARRIVALS

Preferred arrival times are between 4pm & 8pm.  Should you be delayed, please advise us so we can make sure someone is here to welcome you.

DEPARTURE

On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 11am.  You are welcome to use our Guest Lounge temporarily.

CANCELLATION

Your deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your arrival date.

Please note, all vehicles & personal items are left at your own risk.

 Quiet Woman House operates a no smoking policy at all times.

You will be liable to pay the current market value for any damage that you cause either maliciously or accidentally to our property.

We reserve the right to amend either our terms & conditions or our prices without notice.  However, any existing reservations will be charged at the price given at the time of booking.

 We reserve the right to amed & or cancel bookings.
